Intakes & Consultation Fees:
Our fees are covered by most Extended Health Insurance policies under the classification of Psychological Services.
$250 – 50 min. on site Clinical QEEG Assessment( 5 Point ClinicalQ), analysis & real time in person verbal debriefing performed by Doctoral level BCIA Certified Clinicians.
$1,250 – 1 to 2 hr. on site full capping Normative QEEG Assessment (19 Channel) & analyses* followed by 15 min. verbal debriefing 2 to 4 weeks post data collection (performed by Doctoral level BCIA Certified Clinicians).
$1,500 – 30 to 45 min Clinical QEEG (5 Point ClinicalQ) Assessment followed by 1-2 hr. Normative (full capping) 19 Channel QEEG Assessment, analyses* & verbal debriefing.
Findings / a 20-30 min. verbal debriefing of the Clinical Assessment can be provided same day followed by 15 min. verbal debriefing of the Normative QEEG 2 to 4 weeks later OR results of the Clinical Assessment can be delayed and presented together with the Normative results 2 to 4 weeks later. (Performed by Doctoral level BCIA Certified Clinicians).
Note: All Normative analyses are performed and or supervised by Certified/Registered experts trained in raw data analysis (brainwave morphology and the relative numerical and pictorial conversions thereof). They are not submitted to automated programs which notoriously miss the fine detail of many brain conditions and / or dismiss (reject) atypical readings as artifact rather than anomalies that may be central / critical to a presenting condition.
When deemed wise or otherwise appropriate by the attending Clinician, raw data files of complex conditions, rare cases & atypical cases are further subjected to external analysis / consultation with experts in our field. This service is included in Normative intake fees.
Additional Fees:
$250 – Additional consultation time (pro-rated to 15 min increments as required).
$250 – Reports / letters including personalized Clinical and Normative QEEG reports (pro-rated to 15 min increments as required).
- Note: A generic written report can be provided upon request if asked for during the verbal feedback component of the intake assessment. There is no additional fee / cost for generic reports (same day requests).
Clinical Consultation Fees (External):
$250 – Family consultations & additional consultations on Clinical and Normative findings (beyond that provided with intake), telephone and virtual consultations with other professionals.
$250 – External analysis beyond those included with intake fees (when required for complex cases as determined by clinician).
